We offer environmental services for Phase I, State of Georgia Stream Buffer Variance permit applications, and United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 404/401 permit applications. Phase I permitting is an evaluation of potential environmental hazards on a subject property to be developed, and the findings are documented in report format. Any activity that occurs within state and federal waters requires permit application approval. State and federal waters are simply defined as any surface and sub-surface water whether on private or public property. State and federal permit approval ensures all proper measures have been implemented to avoid penalties from regulatory agencies for wildlife habitat encroachment or destruction.
